Stuffed Kidney Beans Bread

Ingredients for Stuffing:
- Leftover Rajma (kidney bean) entree : 1/2 cup
- Oil : 1/4 teaspoon
- Grated cheese : 2 & 1/2 teaspoons
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 teaspoon
- Tomato ketchup : 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander leaves : 2 teaspoons
- Mix herb : 1 teaspoon
- Chili flakes : 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped capsicum : 1 teaspoon
- Boiled and smash potato : 1 medium size
Ingredients for Outer layer:
- Refine flour : 1 cup
- Wheat flour : 1/4 cup
- Milk : 3 tablespoons
- Sugar : 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
- Fresh yeast : 1 teaspoon or dry yeast 3/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil or butter : 2 teaspoons
- Refine flour for kneading the dough
- Oil for grease : 1 teaspoon
- Extra milk for wash
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Proving time : 1 hour & also depends on weather
Baking time : 25 minutes
Serves : 2 rings
Preparation for Dough:
- Add sugar and yeast in lukewarm milk and cover the vessel for few seconds.
- Take a pan and mix salt, oil/butter and flour.
- Add yeast mixture and prepare very soft dough.
- Sprinkle flour and knead dough for 10 minutes.
- Cover the dough with lid and keep it at warm place for 1 hour for first proving.
Preparation for Stuffing:
- Heat oil in a cooking pan, add capsicum and saute for few seconds until becomes dry in texture.
- Add cooked rajma entree and saute for few minutes.
- Add all others ingredients for stuffing and mix properly.
- Remove from heat. Let it completely cool.
Combining Stuffing and Dough:
- After a hour remove the dough, sprinkle flour and knead a little.
- Divide dough in two parts. Take one part, roll thick round discs and cut in 8 triangles.
- Arrange one triangle part and keep another triangle on the edge of first triangle.
- Arrange all in the same way and make a circle with the tip of the triangles touching each other.
- Keep stuffing on the base(broad part) of the triangle pieces. Cover the stuffing with the other dough piece.
- Apply little oil on both sides and leave it for 30 minutes for second proving.
- After 30 minutes apply 1/2 teaspoon milk on them and arrange the pieces on greased oven tray.
- Bake them on 180 degree for 25 minutes in preheated oven.
- Serve with dip or salsa.
