Instant Mango Rolls

Ingredients :

  • Alphonso mango : 2 medium size
  • Ghee : 1 teaspoon
  • Milk : 1 & 1/2 cups
  • Condense milk : 1/4 cup
  • Milk powder : 2 tablespoons
  • Powder Sugar  (optional)
  • Chopped pistachio : 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
  • Sliver sheet for garnishing : 2

Serving Size :  8 to 10 rolls

Preparation time : 5 minutes

Cooking time : 15 minutes

Preparation :

  • Peel and finely chop the mangoes.
  • Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a pan and than add mango. Cook for few seconds, add milk and stir continuously.
  • When mango completely mixes with the milk and no chunk are left then add condense milk and milk powder.
  • Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and leaves the edge of pan.
  • Remove from heat, let it completely cool and then add pistachios.
  • If you need more sweetness then you add sugar at this stage.
  • Apply little ghee on palm, then prepare roll from this mixture. Garnish with silver sheet and serve.

Note : If you want sweet taste then the mixture needs to completely cool down and you can add powder sugar. If the mixture is not completely cooled and sugar is added in that case the mixture becomes lumpy.
