Easy Alfredo Sauce Pasta from Scratch

Ingredients
- A stick of butter (1/2 cup)
- 8 ounce heavy cream
- 6 or more cloves of garlic
- 2/3 cup of milk
- 2/3 cup of Italian cheese
- some parsley
- 4 serving of pasta (medium-well cooked)
- 1 cup of pasta sauce
- some black pepper, salt, and dry oregano
Directions
- Slice 6 garlic or more
- Set a pan to low medium heat, and melt an entire stick of butter
- Add all garlic slices in, and constantly stir for about 3 minutes
- Turn up the heat to medium, add parsley and stir for another 2-3 minutes until the color of the garlic turns to light brown
- Turn the heat to medium high, add heavy cream and stir evenly
- Once the sauce is bubbling, add whole milk, salt, black pepper, and dry oregano in and stir evenly
- Let the water evaporate, appox. 5min until the consistency of the sauce reach light cream, and then add cheese and let it melt
- Add drained pasta and 1 cup of pasta sauce
- Let it cook again while maintaining the heat to be medium high
- Cook it until the pasta is done
- Garnish with more cheese and chopped parsley
