Palak Kadhi with Green Pakodi

Ingredients:
- Finely chopped spinach —–2 cup
- Yoghurt —-2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Gram flour (besan ) —2 1/2 tablespoon
- Garlic paste —2 tablespoon
- Ginger chili paste—–2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds ——1 1/2 teaspoon
- Small cinamom stick –1
- Red chili —1
- Chopped onion —–2 tablespoon (optional)
- Garam masala —1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder —-1/4 teaspoon
- Red chili powder ——-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil —-1 1/2 teaspoon
Ingredients for pakodi:
- Gram flour besan ——1/4 cup
- Chopped methi(fenugreek) leaves —–1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder—-1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder –pinch
- Curd —-1 teaspoon
- Oil for frying
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 20 min
Recipe:
- Mix yoghurt and gram flour well and add 3 cup of water and make smooth mixture with blender.
- Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds and cinnamon stick when seeds crackles.
- Add garlic paste & cook till brown. Add ginger chili paste and onion cook little then add spinach, salt , garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder and asetofotida.
- Cook for 5 min and add this mixture in yoghurt mixture . Stir properly andkeep this kadi to boil for ten min.
- Now to make pakodi, take gram flour and add all other ingredients and add 2 to 3 teaspoon water .
- Make little thick battter (like bhaji) and make small dumpling and fry till golden brown. Add this pakodi in kadhi and cook 2 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves .
