Asparagus with Shitake mushrooms

Ingredients :
- Oil : 2 tablespoon
- Ginger slice : 4
- Fresh red chili : 3
- Garlic chopped : 2 tablespoons
- Asparagus trimmed and sliced diagonally : 400 grams
- Shitake mushrooms trimmed and thinly sliced : 150 grams
- Vegetable stock or water : 150 ml
- Light soy sauce : 1 tablespoon
- Mix hubs : 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
- Chopped coriander : 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder : 1/4 teaspoon
- Roasted sesame oil : 1 teaspoon
- Black sesame seeds for garnishing : 1 teaspoon
Serves : 4
Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time : 5 minutes
Preparation :
- In a cooking pan heat oil on medium/high flame and then add ginger slices and stir fry 30 seconds.
- Reduce heat add chopped red chilies, garlic and stir fry for few seconds.
- Increase heat and then add asparagus and mushrooms.
- Stir fry it for 1 minute then add vegetable stock and bring to boil.
- Add soy sauce and continue to stir until asparagus is tender.
- After cooking for 2 minutes season with pepper powder, salt and mix herbs.
- Add sesame seeds and coriander leaves. Remove from heat and garnish with black sesame seeds.
