Bajra Crispy Roti

Ingredients:
- Bajra flour: 1/2 cup
- Wheat flour: 1/2 cup
- Ghee: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: A pinch
- Powdered sugar : 2 & 1/2 tablespoons (depend upon choice)
- Sesame seeds: 2 teaspoons
- Cardamom powder:1/4 teaspoon
- Saffron dissolved in milk: 1 teaspoon
- Water as per requirement
- Finely chopped nuts: 2 teaspoons
- Butter: 1 tablespoon for applying on roti
Serves: 7
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Preparation:
- Mix both the flours, add sesame seeds, salt, cardamom powder, ghee, nuts and saffron milk in a bowl.
- Mix all ingredients properly. Slowly add water and make soft dough like paratha.
- Divide dough into 7 to 8 balls and roll thick round roti and roast on slow flame pressing little till it becomes crispy.
- Roast till pink then remove from heat and apply butter on it.
Note: You can use jaggery instead of sugar.
