Stuffed Vegetables Baked Puff.

Ingredients—–for stuffing:

  • Oil or butter 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped onion —–2 tablespoon
  • Boiled corn ——-2 tablespoon
  • Chopped capsicum —–1 tablespoon
  • Grated cabbage —-2 tablespoon
  • Grated carrot —-2 tablespoon
  • Schezwan sauce —2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic paste —-1 teaspoon
  • Boiled noodles —- 2 tablespoon

Ingredients for Puff :

  • Refine flour (maida) —-1 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Baking powder —–1/2 teaspoon
  • Ghee —2 tablespoon
  • Water as per requirement
  • Oil for brushing

Serves : 5 to 6 pieces
Preparation time : 10 min
Baking time : 25 to 30 min

Recipe:

  • Mix baking powder and ghee in flour. Add salt and water and make soft dough like puri dough and rest it for 10 min.
  • Heat oil add onion and saute till they are transparent. Add all other ingredients and stir properly.
  • Remove from heat and rest it at room temperature. Make small balls from dough and roll thin puris.
  • Take one puri and put 1 1/2 teaspoon stuffing and cover with another puri and press borders with fork to seal it.
  • Apply oil on both the sides with brush. Arrange in baking tray and bake in 180 degree preheated oven for 25 to 30 min till little golden and crispy.
  • Serve with schezwan sauce/tomato ketchup.

Note ——Without onion and garlic can make this recipe.You can use tomato ketchup instead of schezwan sauce.
