Skewered Sour Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
- Sweet potatoes medium size: 2
- Chopped garlic: 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
- Finely chopped onion
- Yogurt: 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice: 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon zest pinch
- Chopped parsley: 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder: 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
- Gram flour (besan): 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
- Dry fenugreek leaves: 1 &1/2 teaspoon
- Wooden skewers: 3
- Oil: 1 & 1/2 teaspoon for brushing
Serves: 3 pieces
Marination time: 2 hours
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Preparation:
- Boil sweet potatoes for 10 minutes till half cooked. Allow to cool and cut into pieces (Approximately 3 inches large).
For marination:
- Stir curd properly and add all others ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients properly. Marinate sweet potato cubes for two hours and skewer them.
- Brush oil on it and grill or cook on gas stove for 5 minutes till golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on it and garnish with parsley. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney/mint yogurt chutney.
