Pinwheel Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Fresh bread slices : 6
  • Cheese spread: 2 teaspoons
  • Mayonnaise : 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard powder : pinch (mustard paste 1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Finely chopped capsicum: 2 teaspoons
  • Boiled corn; 1 teaspoon
  • Jalapeno: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black olive: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Wet cotton cloth
  • Water : 1 teaspoon

Serves: 3 rolls
Time: 5 to 8 minutes

Preparation:

  • Take a bowl and add all vegetables, salt, pepper, mustard powder, cheese and mayonnaise.
  • Cut the border of bread slices. Roll one slice with rolling pin with little pressure then apply water on border and keep another slice on it and roll it.
  • Then keep stuffing on one end and make rolls.
  • Prepare another 2 rolls in the same way and wrap these rolls in wet cloth and refrigerate it for an hour .
  • Unwrap the rolls and cut in round slice like wheel. Serve with tomato ketchup.

Note : Use fresh bread so it’s easy to roll, otherwise bread will break.
