Mango Cocoa Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Finely crushed marie biscuits —1 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder ——1 table spoon
  • Ground sugar —-3 teaspoon (depend on your taste)
  • Butter —-1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk as required
  • Plastic sheet
  • Ingredient for stuffing:
  • Butter —1/4 teaspoon
  • Mango pulp —–1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream or khoya —–1/4 cup
  • Sugar —-1 teaspoon
  • Mango slices ——-1/4 cup

Serves —–8 medium size
Time —–15 min

Recipe:

  • Mix cocoa powder, sugar, butter and crushed biscuit powder properly.
  • Add 1 to 2 teaspoon milk in it and make soft dough.
  • Take plastic sheet and keep dough on it and roll thick rounds.
  • Cut square shapes using mould or biscuit cutter.

Preparation of stuffing:

  • Heat 1/4 teaspoon butter and mango crush.
  • When mixture is little thick add fresh cream or khoya.
  • When consistency is like spread remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Take one square slice apply mango spread on it and cover with another slice and garnish with mango pieces and a drop of cream.
  • Keep in fridge for 20-30 minutes. Serve cold.
