Mango Cocoa Sandwich

Ingredients:
- Finely crushed marie biscuits —1 1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder ——1 table spoon
- Ground sugar —-3 teaspoon (depend on your taste)
- Butter —-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk as required
- Plastic sheet
- Ingredient for stuffing:
- Butter —1/4 teaspoon
- Mango pulp —–1/2 cup
- Fresh cream or khoya —–1/4 cup
- Sugar —-1 teaspoon
- Mango slices ——-1/4 cup
Serves —–8 medium size
Time —–15 min
Recipe:
- Mix cocoa powder, sugar, butter and crushed biscuit powder properly.
- Add 1 to 2 teaspoon milk in it and make soft dough.
- Take plastic sheet and keep dough on it and roll thick rounds.
- Cut square shapes using mould or biscuit cutter.
Preparation of stuffing:
- Heat 1/4 teaspoon butter and mango crush.
- When mixture is little thick add fresh cream or khoya.
- When consistency is like spread remove from heat and let it cool.
- Take one square slice apply mango spread on it and cover with another slice and garnish with mango pieces and a drop of cream.
- Keep in fridge for 20-30 minutes. Serve cold.
