Ginger Corn Rice with Green Vegetables

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 15 minutes, Serves: 2)

  • Chopped ginger in round thin slices—3 teaspoon
  • Chopped garlic—2 teaspoon
  • Cooked rice —1 1/2 cup
  • Oil or butter—-2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice—-2 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes—1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Boiled corn—2 tablespoon
  • Broccoli chopped in big pieces—1 1/2 cup
  • Chopped french beans—–2 tablespoon
  • Chopped capsicum—-1/2 teaspoon
  • Oregano——1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch (corn flour)—1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper powder—1/4 teaspoon
  • Vinegar—-1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter—-1 teaspoon

Recipe:

  • Take oil in heating pan, add ginger slices. Saute till it is brown. Add garlic and stir for 1 min. Add cooked rice,salt, lemon juice and chili flakes.
  • Stir properly and mix well.
  • Heat olive oil in pan, add garlic & saute till it is little brown.
  • Add broccoli and salt cook for 2 min.
  • Add corn flour in water and mix well. Add french beans and capsicum, cover with lead and cook for 2 min.
  • Add chili flakes, oregano,pepper powder and 1/4 cup water and make thick gravy.
  • Remove from heat then add vinegar.Put rice in plate and place vegetables in center.
