Aachari Paneer, Dill leaves Paratha

Ingredients:

  • Grated paneer: 2 cup
  • Spicy sour aachar (pickle): 3 tablespoon
  • Chopped dill: 2 & 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Chili ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Wheat flour: 1 & 1/2 cup
  • Oil: 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped coriander: 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil to shallow fry

Serves: 3 medium size paratha
Time: 25

Preparation:

  • Add aachar, salt, 1 teaspoon oil and coriander in wheat flour.
  • Mix properly and add water and make smooth dough.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • For stuffing mix dill leaves, chili ginger paste, salt, pepper powder and grated paneer and make smooth stuffing.
  • Make six ball from dough and roll medium thin sheets.
  • Then take one round sheet and spread stuffing all over it and cover with another round sheet and press and lock with fork.
  • Follow the same procedure for rest of the dough balls.
  • Apply oil and roast all paratha and serve with masala curd.
