Fenugreek Steam Muffin

Ingredients :
- Chopped fresh fenugreek leaves : 1 cup
- Suji (semolina) : 1 cup
- Green chili paste : 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
- Ginger paste : 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil : 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt : 1/2 cup
- Roughly crushed pepper : 1 teaspoon
- Dry achar masala (methia masala) : 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
- Eno or baking soda : 1 teaspoon
- Water as per requirement
- Muffin molds : 6
- Salsa Sauce

Preparation time:5 minutes
Resting time:10 minutes
Cooking time:15 minutes
Preparation:
- Mix suji, curd, salt, chili paste, ginger paste, pepper, oil and fenugreek leaves in a bowl.
- Gradually add little water and prepare the batter.
- Batter consistency must be semiliquid and not liquid.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes. Add eno or baking soda and stir properly.
- Apply little oil in muffin molds. Fill 3/4th of the muffin molds with batter.
- You can sprinkle the molds with methia masala.
- Heat the steamer for at least 10 minutes, then arrange muffin mold in steamer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Check with knife if batter does not stick to the knife and unmold it and serve with salsa sauce.
Note: This is can be consumed as healthy breakfast.
