Green Paneer Softy (Cottage Cheese)

Ingredients for Marination:
- Paneer: 200 grams
- Hung curd: 1 cup
- Basen(Bengal gram flour): 2 teaspoons
- Olive oil: 2 teaspoons
- Chat masala: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
- Ginger chili paste: 2 teaspoons
- Green mint chutney: 3 tablespoons (choice)
- Chopped coriander leaves: 1 teaspoon
- Dry mint powder:1/4 teaspoon(optional
- Salt to taste
- Chopped onion in square shape: 1/2 teaspoon
Miscellaneous Ingredients:
- Aluminium foil: 1
- Oil to sauté paneer: 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
- Chili flakes for garnishing
Serves: 2
Time for marination: 20 minutes.
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Preparation:
- Sauté besan in a cooking pan without oil for 2 minutes.
- Mix all marination ingredients in bowl and add paneer cubes.
- Cover all paneer cube with marination and leave it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes sauté paneer with marination for 5 minutes and turn off heat.
- Cut aluminum foil into square peice. Pour paneer mixture in the foil and fold it and cover paneer cubes completely.
- Make a small hole on top so that the steam escapes from it. Steam this foil for 5 minutes so that the paneer becomes soft.
- Garnish with chilli flakes.
