Baked Soya Green Peas Kebab

Ingredients:
- Soya chunks: 1/2 cup
- Boiled green peas: 1 cup
- Boiled smashed potato: 2 medium size
- Cumin seeds: 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
- Chopped garlic: 5 pods
- Chopped onion: 2 tablespoons
- Oil: 2 teaspoons
- Ginger paste:1 & 1/2 teaspoons
- Green chili paste; 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
- Garam masala; 1/2 teaspoon
- Cardamom powder: 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
- Chopped mint leaves: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons
- Small pieces of cashew nuts: 1/4 teaspoon
- Oil for brushing: 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
- Corn strach: 1/2 teaspoon
- Water: 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons
- Chat masala: 1/4 teaspoon
- Raisins: 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Serves: 8 to 9 pieces
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking time: 20 to 25 minutes
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a cooking pan and add garlic paste, cook until garlic turns golden brown in color.
- Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add soy chunks and sauté till golden brown in color.
- Add green peas and sauté till properly cooked. Add potato, chili paste, ginger paste, garam masala, lemon juice, cashew nuts, raisin, cardamom powder, mint leaves, salt and coriander leaves.
- Mix all ingredients properly and remove from heat and let it cool.
- Add corn starch in water. Make kebab from above mixture and dip in cornstarch and rub in sesame seed mixture.
- Arrange in oven tray and apply oil on kebab with brush. Preheat oven on 180 degrees celsius and bake kebabs for 25 minutes until crispy/well done.
- After 15 minutes turn/flip the kebabs. Sprinkle chat masala and serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
