Home Style Hotpot

Ingredients:
- Pre-made hotpot broth package: 1
- Potato: 2
- Cauliflower: 1/2 head
- Broccoli: 1 head
- Tofu: 1 package
- Mushroom: 1 box
- Bok choy: 4 heads
- Meat (optional)
Ingredients for Dip:
- Garlic: cloves
- Lao gan ma sauce
- Cilantro
- Sesame oil (optional)
Serves: 4-5 people
Time: 20 minutes
Preparation:
- Clean all the vegetables, dice the tofu to cubes and cut mushroom to half, separate cauliflower and broccoli into florets, and slice potatoes.
- Heat a large pot over medium heat, add pre-made hotpot package and stir it well.
- Add mushroom and potato slices and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Then add cauliflower and broccoli, and let it simmer for another 3 minutes, and add water up to 1 inches over all vegetables. Add less water if you like the taste to be spicier.
- Bring it to boil for 5 minutes, and then add meat and bok choy.
- It’s ready to serve when meat is cooked.
Preparation for Dip:
- Mince the garlic cloves and add to a bowl.
- Add one spoon of lao gan ma sauce and sesame oil.
- Add 1 ladle of cooked broth.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Dip the food to the dip for a more flavorful taste.
