Vermicelli Sweet

Ingredients:
- Ghee – 2 tablespoon
- Vermicelli – 1/2 cup
- Jaggery – 1/2 cup
- Water – 2 cup
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Saffron – 2-3 strands kept in milk.
- Raisin – 1 teaspoon
- Chopped cashew nut – 1 teaspoon
- Pistachio – 1 teaspoon
- Peeled chopped almonds – 1/2 teaspoon
- Cardamon powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Cashew nut & Almonds for garnishing.
Serves – 4
Time – 30 minutes
Recipe:
- Add jaggery in water and heat till it dissolves completely.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add vermicelli.Roast for five minutes on a slow flame and add jaggery water stirring continuously.
- Then add milk and nuts. Cook the mixture becomes semi thick.
- Remove from heat and add cardamon powder and mix well.
- Keep in a serving bowl and garnish with almonds and cashewnuts.
