Ingredients:

  • Olive oil: 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped onion: 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped capsicum: 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped green chili: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red capsicums: 1 teaspoon
  • Jalapeno: 1 teaspoon
  • Green and black olive: 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped mushroom: 1 teaspoon
  • Sun dried tomatoes: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oregano: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Parsley: 1 teaspoon
  • Butter: 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic bread long: 1 loaf

Serves: 4
Time: 15 minutes

Preparation:

  • Heat olive oil in pan add onion and cook till brown. Add capsicums, green chilies, olives, jalapeño, mushroom, sun dried tomatoes and red capsicum.
  • Cook for two minutes on full flame and add salt, oregano and paprika.
  • Cut bread in slanting slices.
  • Apply butter on all slices and make toast. Keep stuffing on all toast and garnish with parsley or coriander leaves.
