Thai Pappaya Salad

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 15 minutes, Serves – 4 to 5)

  • Medium size grated raw papaya — 1
  • Vinegar — 1 tea spoon
  • Chilly powder — 1/2 spoon
  • Tomato ketchup — 11/2 tea spoon
  • Crushed roasted pea nuts / Cashew nuts — 2 tea spoon
  • Garlic paste — 1 tea spoon
  • Oregano — 1/2 tea spoon
  • Chilly flakes — 1/4 tea spoon
  • Red chilly paste — 1 tea spoon
  • Chopped spring onions — 2 tea spoon
  • lemon juice — 1/4 tea spoon
  • Capsicum chopped — 1 tea spoon
  • Olive oil — 1/2 spoon.

Recipe:

  • Take one medium size papaya and grate it.
  • Add little salt keep it for one min and press it to remove water.
  • Keep little moisture in it.
  • In a big bowl add all ingredients with grated papaya and stir it well.
  • Garnish with roasted salty pea nuts /cashew nuts and parsley or coriander leaves.
  • Ready to eat.
