Tasty Mushrooms

Ingredients: (For marination)
- Kasuri methi—-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Hung curd—-1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste—-1 teaspoon
- Red chili paste–1 teaspoon
- Dry coriander powder—1 teaspoon
- Chat masala–1 1/2 teaspoon
- Ingredients: (For mushroom)
- Mushroom–1 pack
- Oil or butter—-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Three colour capcicums–3 teaspoon
- Boiled corn—3 teaspoon
- Kasuri methi–1 teaspoon
- Corn flour slurry 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Boiled soya chunks or Soaked flatten rice—1 1/2 teaspoon
- Spring onion—-1 1/2 teaspoon
Recipe:
- Mix all the ingredients of marination and keep it for 10-15 min.
- Heat oil in pan & saute three color capsicum for 1 min.
- Add boiled corn,and chopped mushroom. Add soaked kasuri methi in 1 teaspoon water in above mixture, cook till mushrooms are properly cooked.
- Add marination and stir well. Dilute corn flour in water and add boiled and mashed soya chunk and mix all ingredients well.
- Cook for 5 min and garnish with spring onion.
