Talumein (Chinese Soup)

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 10 min, Serves – 4)

  • Mushroom–4
  • Broccoli-chopped 4 big pieces
  • Spring onion chopped with leaves-1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste-1-tablespoon
  • French beans chopped -1 spoon
  • Boiled corn- 1 spoon
  • Noodles boiled 1/4 cup
  • Carrot chopped -1 spoon
  • Vinegar-1 teaspoon
  • Seasoning cube-1
  • Cornflour-11/2 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter or olive oil-1 teaspoon
  • Soya sauce -1/2 teaspoon
  • Chilly sauce -1/2 teaspoon

Recipe:

  • Heat pan add butter and saute ginger garlic paste and french beans on slow flame.
  • Add corn and carrot, broccoli, spring onion, mushroom. Add 21/2 cup water then add noodles.
  • Dissolve cornflour in 1/2 cup water and add above mixture.
  • Add seasoning cube and pinch of salt. Remove from heat add vinegar, soya sauce, chilly sauce.
  • Garnish with red capsicum ring and chopped spring onion leaves and serve.
