Stuffed Mushroom with Marinara Sauce

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 20 minutes, Serves: 5)
- Mushroom —-250 gms
- Boiled corn—3 teaspoon
- Red and green capsicum(Chopped)—-2 teaspoon
- Chili flakes—–1 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper powder—-1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Butter–1 tablespoon
- Olive oil—-1 teaspoon
- Cream cheese or cooking cheese—–2 tablespoon
- Chopped garlic—-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Ingredients for marinara sauce:
- Blanch and chopped tomato —-1 cup
- Red chili sauce—-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil——1 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped garlic——2 teaspoon
- Chopped onion—-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Tomato ketchup—-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Oregano–1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Parsley —1/4 teaspoon
Marinara sauce:
- Saute garlic in olive oil and add onion and cook little.
- Add blanch tomato,tomato ketchup,red chili sauce, oregano, red chili powder and remove from heat and add parsley and basil leaves.
- Wash and dry mushroom and cut stem. Then chop mushroom stems finely .
- Saute garlic in butter till brown add capsicums and corn. Stir well on high flame.
- Do not overcook. Add all other ingredients and remove from heat.
- Stuff this mixture in mushroom caps and keep mushroom in 180 degree preheated oven for 10 min (till mushroom is cooked properly.)
- Then pour sauce on it and garnish it with parsley.
