Stuffed Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
- Refine flour—3 cup
- Ghee—-3 tablespoon
- Salt –1/4 teaspoon
- Dry yeast—1/2 tablespoon
- Sugar —1/2 teaspoon
- Milk —1 cup
- Butter –2 to 3 teaspoon
- Water—approximate–4 tablespoon
- For dry mixture–(masala)—
- Oregano—3 tablespoon
- Chili flakes—11/2 teaspoon
- Black salt powder–1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper powder –1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder–21/2 teaspoon
- Dry mix herbs–11/2 teaspoon
- Chat masala—11/2 teaspoon
- For stuffing—
- Black olive—1 teaspoon
- Chopped jalapeno—1 teaspoon
Boiled corn—2 teaspoon - Capcicum–1 teaspoon
- Grated cheese—-3 tablespoon
Recipe:
- In lukewarm water add yeast and sugar, cover with lid.
- Mix flour, salt and ghee well and make a dough. Make gap in middle of dough and add yeast mixture in it and make it smooth soft dough with milk.
- Flatten the dough with palm for 5 min to make it smooth. Make a ball and press it down side.Keep it in covered vessel and put in a warm place for fermentation around four hour.
- Mix all the ingredients of stuffing and add 3 teaspoon of the dry masala mixture. Mix well.
- After four hours when dough is well fermented, roll it and punch dough for five min and make balls .
- Roll in little thin round and put stuffing on half part and fold into half circle.
- Press the border with fork.Apply milk on it with brush (milk wash) and sprinkle dry mixture on it then apply olive oil on it.
- Pre-heat oven at 180 degree. Dust baking plate with 2 tablespoon olive oil and flour. Put this half circles in baking plate and bake it for 25 min.
- Check after 15 min. Remove from oven and apply butter on it.
- The excess dry mixture can be stored in an airtight bottle and stored in fridge.
