Spinach Coins

Ingredients:
- Chopped spinach—2 cup
- Grated paneer—1/2 cup
- Chopped onion–2 tablespoon
- Garlic paste–11/2 teaspoon
- Chilli paste –11/2 teaspoon
- Boiled mash potato–1 small size
- Oregano–1/2 teaspoon
- Chili flakes–1/2 teaspoon
- Bread slices—5
- Grated cheese–1/4 teaspoon
- Tomato ketchup—11/2 teaspoon
- Butter—3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Serves 5
Preparation Time: 15 min
Recipe:
- Cut bread slices in round shape
- Apply butter and toast them
- Add 1 teaspoon of butter in heating pan and cook onion till transparent
- Add garlic paste saute for 1/2 min then add chopped spinach
- Saute on full flame till water evaporates
- Add mashed potato ,salt, oregano,chili flakes and chili paste
- Mix it well and add grated paneer
- Remove from heat and let it cool for two min
- Put stuffing on all toasts and sprinkle grated cheese on them
- Garnish with drop of tomato ketchup and keep them in microwave for 10 sec (till cheese melts).
