Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients :

  • Butter —–1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped onion—-2 tablespoon
  • Garlic paste —1 teaspoon
  • Ginger paste—-1 teaspoon
  • Chopped and boiled vegetables —–1/2 cup (carrot, french beans, green peas)
  • Boiled mashed potatoes —-1 1/2 cup
  • Boiled spaghetti—–1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder —-1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Bread slices—–8
  • Pizza sauce——–1/2 cup
  • Tomato ketchup ——1 table spoon
  • Grated cheese —–1/4 cup
  • Oregano —–1/4 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes –1/4 teaspoon
  • Parsley—for garnishing

Serves —4
Time —30 min

Recipe:

  • Heat butter in pan add garlic & saute till little brown.
  • Add onion & saute till transparent . Add ginger chili paste, vegetables,potatoes and spaghetti.
  • Season with chili powder and salt. Mix tomato ketchup with pizza sauce.
  • Cut bread slices in 4 pieces each. Grease baking tray with butter and arrange bread pieces.
  • Pour mixed sauce on it. Put vegetables and spaghetti mixture on it and cover with cheese.
  • Repeat same process for second layer. Bake in 180 degree preheated oven for 15 min till cheese melts.
  • Sprinkle oregano, chili flakes and garnish with parsley.
