Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients :
- Butter —–1 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped onion—-2 tablespoon
- Garlic paste —1 teaspoon
- Ginger paste—-1 teaspoon
- Chopped and boiled vegetables —–1/2 cup (carrot, french beans, green peas)
- Boiled mashed potatoes —-1 1/2 cup
- Boiled spaghetti—–1/2 cup
- Red chili powder —-1/2 teaspoon
- Salt
- Bread slices—–8
- Pizza sauce——–1/2 cup
- Tomato ketchup ——1 table spoon
- Grated cheese —–1/4 cup
- Oregano —–1/4 teaspoon
- Chili flakes –1/4 teaspoon
- Parsley—for garnishing
Serves —4
Time —30 min
Recipe:
- Heat butter in pan add garlic & saute till little brown.
- Add onion & saute till transparent . Add ginger chili paste, vegetables,potatoes and spaghetti.
- Season with chili powder and salt. Mix tomato ketchup with pizza sauce.
- Cut bread slices in 4 pieces each. Grease baking tray with butter and arrange bread pieces.
- Pour mixed sauce on it. Put vegetables and spaghetti mixture on it and cover with cheese.
- Repeat same process for second layer. Bake in 180 degree preheated oven for 15 min till cheese melts.
- Sprinkle oregano, chili flakes and garnish with parsley.
