Red Capsicum Soup (Italian)

Ingredients:

  • Red capsicum—-1 big
  • Tomato——1 medium
  • Chopped onion—-2 teaspoon
  • Chopped garlic—-1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder—-pinch
  • Oregano—-1/4 teaspoon
  • Grated cheese—–1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil—–1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parsley for garnishing —1/4 teaspoon

Serves: 2 to 3
Cooking Time: 10 min

Recipe:

  • Saute garlic in olive oil till it turns brown. Add onion and cook for 2 min.
  • Add capsicum, tomato and salt. Saute for few min and add 2 cup of water and boil for 5 min.
  • Then crush in food processor and strain.Then boil for two min .
  • Add oregano and pepper. Garnish with cheese and parsley.
