Raw Pappaya Tikki

Ingredients :

  • Grated raw papaya——100 gm
  • Roasted gram flour —1/4 cup
  • Fresh bread crumbs —1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves —-2 tablespoon
  • Chili ginger paste —1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped onion —2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice —-1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil—-3 tablespoon
  • Garam masala —-1 teaspoon

Serves —-7 to 8 pieces
Time —20 min

Recipe:

  • Add 1/2 teaspoon salt in grated papaya and press and remove excess water.
  • Heat oil and add grated papaya. Sauté for 5 min till it is soft.
  • Add gram flour and all other ingredients.
  • Mix all ingredients properly and make oval shape tikki .
  • Shallow fry in nonstick pan with less oil till golden brown.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup/ green chutney.
