Quinoa Bread Roll

Ingredients:
- Bread slices —– 8
- Boiled quinoa —-1 cup
- Boiled and mashed potato —1 medium size
- Chopped onion —- 1/4 cup
- Chopped garlic — 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Boiled green peas —– 3 tablespoon
- Chopped broccoli — 1/4 cup
- lemon juice — 1 tablespoon
- Garam masala — 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander leaves — 3 tablespoon
- Oil or olive oil —- 2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds — 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili ginger paste —– 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter — 4 teaspoon (as per your choice)
- Salt to taste

Cooking time: 10 min

Note: Use fresh bread slices
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds and then add garlic and saute till brown .
- Add onion and cook for few min. Add chopped broccoli and salt and cover the vessel for 5 min and cook broccoli properly.
- Add boiled quinoa,mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, chili ginger paste, garam masala, lemon juice and little salt.
- Remove from stove and add coriander leaves. Keep it at room temperature.
- Take bread slices sprinkle few drops water on it. Make little roll of the stuffing.
- Put it in the middle of the bread slice and fold . Prepare all bread roll same way.
- Apply butter on all side of roll and preheat oven at 180 degree. Arrange all rolls in oven tray and bake for 10 min till they are crispy and little golden .
- Remove from oven and serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
