Paneer Coconut Roll

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 15 minutes, Serves – 8 to 10)
- Grated paneer–250 gm
- Fresh grated coconut–50 gm
- Grated dry coconut–1/2 cup
- Mix dry fruit powder –2 tablespoon
- Ground sugar–1/4 cup (depend on your choice)
- Vanilla extract –2 to 3 drops
- Cardamom powder — 1 pinch
Preparation:
- Roast grated paneer for 2 min. Add freshly grated coconut ,dry fruits powder.
- Remove from heat add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix it properly.
- Add cardamom powder and make round ball.
- Decorate with silver sheet(Varakh) and pistachio.
