Open Vegetable Toast

Ingredients:

  • Grated Mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup
  • Grated Cooking cheese – 1/4 cup
  • Three colour capsicums – 2 tablespoon
  • Chopped and deseeded tomatoes – 1 tablespoon
  • Jalapeno – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped olive – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped onion – 1 tablespoon
  • Oregano -1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Butter – 4 teaspoon
  • Brown bread – 8 slices

Serves- 2
Time – 10 min

Recipe:

  • Mix all ingredients in bowl. Apply butter on bread slices and put the mix on it.
  • Arrange all slices in nonstick pan.
  • Cover with lid and cook on slow flame till cheese melts.
  • You can bake it in oven too.
  • Garnish with drop of tomato ketchup and basil leaves. Serve hot.
