Rava Dhokla

Ingredients for paste:
- 1 bowl suji
- 3/4 bowl curd
- Chilli paste
- Ginger paste
- Coriander
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil
Other ingredients:
- Red Chilli or Black pepper
- 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
Recipe:
- Mix all the ingredients for paste while slowly adding water so that the batter is of dropping consistency
- Rest for five minutes
- Add soda bicarbonate
- Mix thoroughly and put in microwave bowl
- Sprinkle red chilli or black pepper
- Keep in the microwave for 6 minutes
- Check after two minutes by piercing a knife to see if it is ok
- After four minutes try with knife again and if nothing sticks to knife it is ready to eat else keep for one or two minutes more
