Khaushe (Burmese)

Ingredients:
- Boiled spaghetti —-1 cup
- Finely chopped cabbage —-1/4 cup
- Boiled and chopped potato——-1/4 cup
- Bhel ka puri in small pieces —-1/2 cup
- Fried split white beans (val ka dal) ——1/2 cup
- Fried noodles —- 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice — 4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder —2 tablespoon
- Garlic paste —–3 to 4 teaspoon
- Besan —3 teaspoon
- Coconut milk —–1 teen or 3 cup
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder —-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder– a pinch
- Chopped coriander leaves ——3 teaspoon
Serves: 4 to 5
Time: 25 min
Recipe for fried split white beans:
- Soak beans in water for 2 hours.Remove from water and wipe with cloth.Make it dry and fry.Boil noodles and dry with paper napkin and fry. A lso available in super market .
- Recipe for coconut curry:
- Mix coconut milk with besan properly. Add cinnamon powder,salt, red chili powder garlic paste and turmeric powder.
- Add 2 cup water and cook this mixture for 15 min till little thick(not too thick) .
- Take serving bowl and add spaghetti, puri, fried noodles, potatoes, cabbage, fried split white beans.
- Mix properly. Add curry in this mixture add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- Garnish with fried noodles and coriander leaves.
