Healthy Garlic Broccoli Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 1 stalk of broccoli
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup of cashew
- 3 teaspoon of oil
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
Serves: 1
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Preparation:
- Cut broccoli into florets
- Add broccoli in a pot, add cold water, and turn on the heat to medium-high. Once it’s boiling, let it continue to cook for another 3mins, then drains the broccoli well. This step helps speed up cooking process and let broccoli taste tender and juicy.
- In a skillet pan, turn the heat to low-medium high, add oil. Let oil heat a bit, then add cashew and garlic, and stir well. Once the garlic smell is out, add all broccoli and stir evenly.
- Add soy sauce and salt to adjust the taste, and turn to medium-high. Once soy sauce evaporates, and broccoli gets smoky/burned color, then turn off the burner, and ready to serve.
