Healthy Breakfast

Ingredients:
- Oil or olive oil—–1 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds —-1 tablespoon
- Chopped carrot —-1 tablespoon
- Chopped onion—–1 tablespoon
- Chili ginger paste —1 teaspoon
- Chopped capsicum —1 teaspoon
- Small paneer pieces —1 teaspoon
- Green chili sauce —1/2 teaspoon
- Roasted pea nuts —1 teaspoon
- Roasted almond pieces—-1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped cashew nuts—1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped spinach —–1/2 cup
- Lemon juice —–1 tablespoon
- Boiled broken wheat (daliya) or cuscus
- Coriander leaves —2 teaspoon
- Fried or roasted noodles —–3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Serves: 2
Time: 10 min
Recipe:
- Heat oil in pan & add cumin seeds add onion and saute onion till transparent .
- Add chili ginger paste and capsicum stir well.
- Add spinach , carrot, peanuts, almond pieces, cashew nuts, paneer pieces and chili sauce.
- Add boiled broken wheat and lemon juice .
- Mix all properly, add salt and stir. Add fried noodles while serving and garnish with coriander leaves .
