Hariyali Corn Subji

Ingredients:
- Boiled corn—-11/2 cup
- Spinach puree—1 cup
- Chopped garlic–11/2 teaspoon
- Chili ginger paste–11/2 teaspoon
- Yogurt——-1/4 cup
- Chopped onion—4 table spoon
- Kitchen king masala / garam masala—-1/2 teaspoon
- Oil—11/2 teaspoon
- Butter–1 teaspoon
- Bay leaves–1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Corn flour –1/4 teaspoon
Recipe:
- Boil spinach in water and pinch of sugar for 2 min.
- Remove hot water and add cold water immediately. Drain water and add 2 ice cubes and make puree.
- Take oil in heating pan add bay leaves, chopped garlic and stir till garlic turns brown.
- Add onion saute till onions becomes transparent.
- Add chili ginger paste, spinach puree and kitchen king masala. Mix well,then add yogurt and boiled corn. Stir properly and add 1 teaspoon butter and salt.
- Stir well and remove from heat. Garnish with tomato slice.
