Flaten Rice(Poha) Pattice

Ingredients: (Cooking Time: 20 minutes, Serves: 8 pieces)

  • Flatten rice (poha)—-250 gm
  • Roasted peanuts—4 tablespoon
  • Chili paste —1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger paste –1 teaspoon
  • Sugar –1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice–1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil for fry
  • Garam masala—1 teaspoon
  • Besan—2 tablespoon
  • Cashew nuts and resins—-1 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves—–1/4 cup

Recipe:

  • Wash poha (flattened rice) with water and leave it for five min.
  • Add all the above ingredients and mix well.
  • Make medium size balls and deep fry on medium heat till brown.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup and chutney.
