Spicy Veggie Sausage Cauliflower

Ingredient:

  • 1 pack or 4 sticks of tofurky sausage
  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 1-3 chilli peper
  • Bay leaves
  • Salt

Preparation:

  • Chop cauliflower to small chunks.
  • Slice veggie sausage to pieces.
  • Put them together in a pot, and add water.
  • Add bay leave and chili peppers.
  • Put in high heat until boil, then turn to medium heat.
  • Cook until cauliflower chunks are soft to you alike.
  • Add salt.
