Dum Aloo

Ingredients for Paste:
- 1/2 big onion
- 1 big tomato
- 10 pcs cashew nuts
- Ginger paste
- 3 pcs cardamom
- 1/2 tsp chilli paste
- Red chilli powder
- Dhana-jeera powder to taste
Other ingredients:
- Oil + Butter
- Boiled Potatoes
- Garam masala and salt to taste
- Tomato Ketchup
- Kasuri Methi
- Cream
Recipe:
- Pour 2 tbsp oil and 1/2 tbsp butter in a pan. Cut potatoes into big pieces and fry them after boiling
- Grind all ingredients for the paste in a mixer
- Heat some oil and add the paste. Stir continuously till the oil seprates from the paste
- Add some water, fried potatoes, garam masala and salt to taste
- Add some tomato ketchup for gravy.
- Transfer in a serving bowl.
- Sprinkle kasuri methi and add cream as garnishing.
