Date Cashew Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 fresh dates
- a half handful of cashew nuts
- 1 cup of organic milk or soymilk
Serves: 1
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Preparation:
- Remove the core of dates.
- And cashew, dates and milk in a blender, and let it blend for 40-50 seconds.
- Add the banana, and let it blend for another 20 seconds or until everything is well cooperated
- Enjoy!
