Corn Mushroom In Peanut Gravy

Ingredients:

  • Boiled corn—-2 cup
  • Chopped mushroom—-1/4 cup
  • Chopped capsicum —1/2 cup
  • Chopped spring onion–1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion—–2 tablespoon
  • Chopped tomato–2 tablespoon
  • Kasuri methi—1 tablespoon
  • Bay leaves—1
  • Garam masala—1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder—1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder–pinch
  • Oil—1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves —1 teaspoon

Ingredients for gravy:

  • Roasted crushed peanuts—-4 teaspoon
  • Yoghurt (curd )——-1/2 cup
  • Tomato ketchup—2 teaspoon
  • Besan—1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mix all these ingredients properly and marinate.

Serves ——4
Time——-25 min

Recipe:

  • Heat oil and add bay leaf and onion. Cook few min and add mushroom.
  • Saute for five min on fast flame. Add tomato and cook few minutes.
  • Add capsicum,corn and spring onion .
  • Add gravy and stir properly. Add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt,garam masala and cook for 5 min.
  • Add kasuri methi and remove from heat and garnish with coriander leaves, tomato slice and onion slice.

Note—— This recipe will be jain without onion and mushroom.
