Corn Capsicum

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Bay leaves
  • Garam masala
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 Chopped tomato
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 cut capsicum
  • 1.5 tsp besan
  • 2 tsp yogurt
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp grated cheese

Recipe:

  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and Sauté chopped onions and bay leaves
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and chilli paste
  • Add chopped tomato and stir
  • Add corn, water and cut capsicum.
  • Take 1.5 tsp besan in a bowl and add yogurt to make a paste
  • Add this paste to the pan and keep stirring continuously
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, crushed peanuts and salt to taste
  • After 5 minutes, add ketchup
  • When the gravy becomes thick, switch off the gas and sprinkle one tsp grated cheese
