Corn Capsicum

Ingredients:
- 2-3 Bay leaves
- Garam masala
- Turmeric
- Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Chopped tomato
- 1 can corn
- 1 cut capsicum
- 1.5 tsp besan
- 2 tsp yogurt
- 2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1 tsp ketchup
- Crushed peanuts
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp grated cheese
Recipe:
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and Sauté chopped onions and bay leaves
- Add ginger-garlic paste and chilli paste
- Add chopped tomato and stir
- Add corn, water and cut capsicum.
- Take 1.5 tsp besan in a bowl and add yogurt to make a paste
- Add this paste to the pan and keep stirring continuously
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, crushed peanuts and salt to taste
- After 5 minutes, add ketchup
- When the gravy becomes thick, switch off the gas and sprinkle one tsp grated cheese
