Coffee Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Coffee powder–2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla cake slice–4
  • Ground sugar–1/2 tablespoon
  • Milk –2 cup
  • Custard powder–2 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder -1 teaspoon
  • Grated dark chocolate— 1/4 cup
  • Chocolate chips– 2 teaspoon

Recipe:

  • Mix coffee and sugar well and keep it aside. Make crumbs from vanilla cake.
  • For custard– Heat 11/2 cup milk and after one boil add diluted custard and cocoa powder in 1/2 cup milk.Then add 2 teaspoon sugar and stir continuously so no lump is formed in this mixture.
  • When mixture is little thick remove from heat. Let it cool to room temperature.
  • Take small serving bowls. Sprinkle coffee mixture in it and add one teaspoon of cake crumbs. Again put coffee mixture on it and add custard.
  • Again sprinkle coffee mixture and add custard.
  • Repeat these layers alternating up to top. Cover top with grated chocolate and chocolate chips. Keep in fridge.
