Coffee Pudding

Ingredients:
- Coffee powder–2 teaspoon
- Vanilla cake slice–4
- Ground sugar–1/2 tablespoon
- Milk –2 cup
- Custard powder–2 teaspoon
- Cocoa powder -1 teaspoon
- Grated dark chocolate— 1/4 cup
- Chocolate chips– 2 teaspoon
Recipe:
- Mix coffee and sugar well and keep it aside. Make crumbs from vanilla cake.
- For custard– Heat 11/2 cup milk and after one boil add diluted custard and cocoa powder in 1/2 cup milk.Then add 2 teaspoon sugar and stir continuously so no lump is formed in this mixture.
- When mixture is little thick remove from heat. Let it cool to room temperature.
- Take small serving bowls. Sprinkle coffee mixture in it and add one teaspoon of cake crumbs. Again put coffee mixture on it and add custard.
- Again sprinkle coffee mixture and add custard.
- Repeat these layers alternating up to top. Cover top with grated chocolate and chocolate chips. Keep in fridge.
