Chickpea Kabab

Ingredients:
- Small tin of chick pea
- Smashed Boiled potatoes
- Ginger garlic paste
- Chili paste
- Garam masala
- Lemon juice
- Salt – to taste
- Coriander
- Bread crumbs
Recipe:
- Heat oil and add cumin seeds. After a minute, add onions.
- After two minutes, add ginger garlic paste, chili paste, salt and garam masala.
- Add smashed potatoes and smashed chick peas – Mix well.
- Add grated coriander and lemon juice
- Let it cool down and make rolls. If needed roll the rolls in bread crumbs.
- Either shallow fry or deep fry.
