Chickpea Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Small tin of chick pea
  • Smashed Boiled potatoes
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Chili paste
  • Garam masala
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt – to taste
  • Coriander
  • Bread crumbs

Recipe:

  • Heat oil and add cumin seeds. After a minute, add onions.
  • After two minutes, add ginger garlic paste, chili paste, salt and garam masala.
  • Add smashed potatoes and smashed chick peas – Mix well.
  • Add grated coriander and lemon juice
  • Let it cool down and make rolls. If needed roll the rolls in bread crumbs.
  • Either shallow fry or deep fry.
