Bread Pakoda

Ingredients:

  • 7-8 Slices of bread
  • 1 tsp Curd
  • Ginger paste
  • Green Chilli Paste
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 tsp Suji (Rava)
  • Oil for frying
  • Chat masala

Recipe:

  • Crush the slices of bread
  • Add the curd, ginger paste, green chilly paste, bay leaves
  • Add salt to taste and suji
  • Mix all while adding water slowly
  • Make medium hard dough so that one can roll small balls. Flatten the balls and make a hole in middle like mendu vada.
  • If you want, you can add vegetables to the dough.
  • Prepare all the vadas and fry them
  • Sprinkle chat masala on them

Enjoy with chutney or ketchup!
