Bowtie Pasta with Basil Pesto

Ingredient: (Cooking Time – 15 min, Serves – 4)
- 2 cup of fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 4 garlic cloves
- 100 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 spoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cups bow pasta
- 10 olives sliced and 4 for garnish
- 50 gm walnuts, cherry tomatoes
- Chopped basil
Recipe:
- Blend basil and walnut together to make coarse paste.
- Add garlic and cheese blend again. Slowly add olive oil while food processor is on.
- Remove from it . Add pinch of salt and pepper.
- Assemble salad. Keep pasta in large bowl.
- Mix pesto in it and toss well until the pasta are well coated with pesto.
- Garnish with basil leaves and walnuts.
