Bottle Gourd Kachori (Lauki,Dudhi)

Ingredients:
- Grated lauki—1 cup
- Crushed green peas—–1 cup
- Grated paneer—-2 tablespoon
- Chili ginger paste—-11/2 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds—–2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice —-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Grated fresh coconut—-1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped cashew nuts —1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves —-2 tablespoon
- Raisins—1/2 teaspoon
- Wheat flour —1 cup
- Maida —1/2 cup (optional) you can use only wheat flour
- Oil —3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Sugar –1 teaspoon (optional )
- Oil for fry
- Water for dough
Serves —–Medium size -8 kachori
Time —35 min
Recipe:
- Heat oil in pan, add asafoetida and grated lauki. Cover and cook for 5 min.
- Add green peas and saute it. Add salt, sesame seeds, chili ginger paste, sugar, cashew nuts and raisins.
- Mix properly and remove from heat. Add paneer and lemon juice.Let it cool then add coriander leaves.
Mix both flour . - Add salt and oil.Mix it properly then add water and make little hard dough.
- Divide in 8 parts and roll medium puris and stuff above mixture and shape it. Fry all kachori on slow flame till little brown. Serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
