Berry Almond Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla yogurt – 1 cup(You can try Coconut if you like)
  • Rasberries – 1/2 cup
  • Blackberries – 1/2 cup
  • Optional: Blueberries – 1/4 cup
  • Sliced Almonds – 1/4 cup
  • Optional: Grated pistachios

Serves: 2

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Preparation:

  • Add yogurt, berries and half of the almonds in a blender. Leave out a few berries for topping.
  • Slowly increase the blender speed. Blend for ~2 minutes until the texture is like frozen yogurt.
  • Scoop out in a bowl.
  • Top it with remaining almonds, berries and grated pistachios.
  • Enjoy!
