Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chick peas: 1 cup
  • Boiled and chopped beetroot: 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Tahini paste: 2 & 1/2 teaspoons
  • Chopped garlic: 2 & 1/2 teaspoons
  • Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
  • Olive oil: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red Chili powder : 1 teaspoon
  • Spring onion for garnishing

Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Preparation:

  • Take all the ingredients in blender jar.
  • Blend using blender and make fine smooth paste.
  • Keep it in serving bowl.
  • Add olives in middle and sprinkle chili flakes on it. Garnish with chili powder and make impressions with fork and serve with pita bread.
