Asparagus Kebab

Ingredients:

  • Boiled and finely chopped asparagus—–1/2 cup
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes—1 cup
  • Chili ginger paste—–1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste—-1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves —-2 tablespoon
  • Chat masala—–1 tablespoon

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • Grated cheese or paneer (cottage cheese)——-1/2 cup
  • Chopped cashew nuts—–1 teaspoon
  • Raisin –1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper powder —-pinch
  • Oil —1 1/2 tea spoon
  • Stick—–6

Serves—–6 pieces
Time —20 min

Recipe:

  • Mix cheese , cashew nuts, raisins and pepper powder properly for stuffing.
  • Take boiled asparagus in bowl, add all other ingredients and mix it properly and take small portion in hand.
  • Flatten in palm and put stuffing and shape it.
  • Pierce stick in side and apply oil on it with brush. Bake in preheated 180 degree oven for 15 min.
  • Serve with dip and green chutney.
