Asparagus Kebab

Ingredients:
- Boiled and finely chopped asparagus—–1/2 cup
- Boiled and mashed potatoes—1 cup
- Chili ginger paste—–1 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic paste—-1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves —-2 tablespoon
- Chat masala—–1 tablespoon
Ingredients for stuffing:
- Grated cheese or paneer (cottage cheese)——-1/2 cup
- Chopped cashew nuts—–1 teaspoon
- Raisin –1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper powder —-pinch
- Oil —1 1/2 tea spoon
- Stick—–6
Serves—–6 pieces
Time —20 min
Recipe:
- Mix cheese , cashew nuts, raisins and pepper powder properly for stuffing.
- Take boiled asparagus in bowl, add all other ingredients and mix it properly and take small portion in hand.
- Flatten in palm and put stuffing and shape it.
- Pierce stick in side and apply oil on it with brush. Bake in preheated 180 degree oven for 15 min.
- Serve with dip and green chutney.
