Green Pan Cake with Quinoa

Ingredients: For pan cake
- Split green pulses – (green moong dal) —–1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Chili ginger paste –1 1/2 teaspoon
- Asafoetida —1/4 teaspoon
- Ingredients for topping:
- Boiled quinoa —–1/2 cup
- Boiled and mashed potato —1 medium size
- Chopped spring onion —-2 tablespoon
- Roasted and crushed peanuts ——2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice –1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste —1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander leaves —–3 tablespoon
- Oil for shallow frying
Serves: small 6 to 7 pieces

Preparation of topping:
- Mix all ingredients properly and make small ball
- Preparation of Green pan cake:
- Soak green pulses in water for 3 hour and grind with less water.
- Add chili ginger paste, asafoetida and salt.
- Apply little oil on nonstick pan and spread small portion of batter and prepare pan cake.
- Turn pan cake and keep topping mixture on it .
- Apply oil and turn cake so topping mixture become crispy.
- Prepare all pan cakes same way. Serve pancake with tomato ketchup and dip.
Preparation for dip:
- 2 1/2 teaspoon cheese spread .
- Add 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce and salt . Sprinkle dry hubs.
